Felix, Luka and Lyla were cheeky little monkeys whilst we were in Lake Macquarie.
Certainly was a handful for the Mummies to keep them under control.
But it was all good fun and they all enjoyed themselves.
Thanks so much for having us Granma Lynne and Granpa David!

Lake Macq.
Whilst in Australia we went to Lyla's holiday house at Lake Macquarie for some fun with her Granma and Granpa.
We had lots of fun on the pier with the kiddies (although the Mummies had a few nervous moment trying to keep track of all the kiddies on the jetty).
It was just lovely to be by the water...
And to enjoy that lovely fresh air.
The kiddies had great fun playing with stones...
And running here there and everywhere.
And if you look carefully off in the distance you can see the little-ees getting acquinted on the grass.

Aussie beach days.
One thing Mummy loves about holidays in Australia are the big blue skies...
And some fun for the kiddies with the relatives...
Especially at the beach...
One balmy afternoon Felix and Nanny had great fun splashing at the little lagoon in Caloundra with the bucket.
And doesn't Felix look like a true little Aussie. (Just needs a truck to drive!)
(And dear little Astrid even had a drink ready for him!!)

Lush forest.
Felix had a great time playing outdoors at Nanny and Pappie's place and being autumn it wasn't too hot.
It's hard to believe the transformation in the garden each time we go - it's so lush now!
I can't wait till Astrid gets to explore it next time too!

Another day, another sunset.
How could you get sick of sunsets in Queensland? Just divine. Most nights we popped down to the beach to watch the sun go down. Pretty cool huh?
(Although Astrid was more interested in Mummy's sunglasses)

Uncle Danny.
Uncle Danny traveled up from Melbourne to join us in Queensland for a couple of days and to meet his little god daughter Astrid.
It was great to see Danny (who's looking fabulous by the way) and after a delicious lunch at Maleny we stopped to see the gorgeous Glass House Mountains.
Just divine.
A big thanks Danny for coming all the way to see us. We really enjoyed seeing you!

Evenings at the beach.
It was full moon whilst we were in Queensland so we went to the beach at Caloundra for the afternoon.
Of course little 3 year old boys had lost of running to do (with the occassional cuddle)...
Of course there was a game of beach footy by the full moon...
I think Felix's team won ... surprise surprise!
Or was it Daddy's?
Astrid was subjected to an aerobics class with her crazy Daddy and Aunty (she wasn't really into it guys!).
And then Mummy snapped the funniest photo of the trip .... everyone is their own little world. Cracks me up!
And of course we spent loads of time looking at that gorgeous moon as the sun started to go down.
It really was a stunning and memorable afternoon!
This last one is one of Mummy's faves!

Fun with Aunty Caitles.
It was a lovely afternoon in Qld and so Felix and Aunty Caitlin had some fun outdoors.
There were cuddles...
Ball games...
Some typical 3 year old bossy-ness (don't you agree Aunty Caitlin?)
And (as usual) some running.
Gotta love fun times with Aunty Caitlin!
